I would like to bring the car to Armen and wanted to ensure the warranty would be honored. I have all paperwork. I had a overheating problem in which you replace two gaskets which took care of the overheating, but when I got the car back it never ran right. It miss around 15000 RPM's. I took it back to you just before you closed and was told they could not find anything. I then took it back to Armen where they changed a part which took care of one problem but never fixed the miss. You now have it again and I am told they felt the missing in the motor but it will cost me $900.00 for a tune up in which the extented warranty will not cover it. But it will cost me $100.00 to get my car back not fixed. You did somthing to the car when you fixed the overheating problem. It has never ran right since that day. If you broke it you should be able to fix it without costing me $1000.00. Mr. Lankford ,you had a great dealership and was great employees to deal with. Now all I am getting is a runaround as if all I need was a tune up you would have found it when I had you check twice before. Armen told me they cannot see my prior service records so they can't tell me what was done on the car before so this is my problem and I have to pay for it even though you broke it. Please help me.
